• Qualifications: Experience in customer service, ideally within the automotive or repair sector. Excellent organizational capabilities and the skill to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, adept at using computer systems and software for scheduling and customer management, with a customer-centric approach to service delivery.
